San Diego Child Support Services Has Moved
Change to the Maximum Family Grant Rule and How It May Affect Your Child Support.
Beginning January 1, 2017 children who were considered Maximum Family Grant (MFG), or a child born on or after January 1, 2017 will be eligible for CalWORKs cash aid.
Families who were receiving child support for a child who was previously denied cash aid because of the MFG rule may see some changes to the child support received when the child becomes eligible for cash aid on January 1, 2017.
